Splunk is looking for an individual to join its Costa Rica finance shared services center. This Finance Operations (FinOps) Analyst role will be a part of our transaction approval and analytics team supporting the global FP&A department. You will partner closely with FP&A leads who collaborate with their business partners and get to know different business units across the company. Candidates will have outstanding communication skills to grow stakeholder centric partnership orientation to solving issues, balance multiple priorities, and deal with the ambiguity that comes in a fast-growing organization.
