Functional Analyst

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**: Collaborates effectively with the Technology team, Business and Customers Supports the team in executing highly technical tasks according to specific needs for service requests Ensures maintenance and support standards are being followed Participates in the daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to update progress, highlight and resolve impediments Analyzes and communicates required information to Technology, Business and Customer contacts. Provides support effectively addressing incidents and problems Documents and guides others on Customer B2B policies, procedures, and guidelines Develops customer relationships by listening and understanding the customer, anticipating, and providing solutions to customer needs, and prioritizing customer satisfaction Develop documentation and provide training as appropriate Define potential improvement changes to resolve errors, prevent the recurrence of problems or improve system maintainability and stability Provide production support during business and after-hours on a rotating schedule**Requisitos**:**Preferred Experience**: 2-4 years of experience with Customer support in a medium to large enterprise Basic understanding of Scrum, Kanban and other agile development techniques Basic understanding of ANSI X12 EDI Competencies: Effective interpersonal, teamwork and collaboration skills Strong analytical and business problem solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills with the English languageBeneficios**Benefits**: Work from home 2 Days Office (UltraPark II Laguinilla ) Private medical insurance PALIG Solidarity Association Life Insurance Personal day off (Personal day off due to marriage, childbirth or family death)
