The role requires flexibility; both in terms of working hours, given that there will be peak periods each quarter; as well as working collaboratively in a highly team-based environment.How you will achieve itManage Membership Work in Process (WIP) lines.Responsible for accurate and timely creation and ongoing maintenance of customer master records maintained in Reltio system.Builds relationships with external & internal customers for ensuring business operational needs are met and exceeded.Handles large volume of membership and eligibility questions.QualificationsMust-HaveBachelor's degree or career in progress from accredited institution required, preferably in Business or Finance.Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint.Fluent in English Candidates will be evaluated for oral and written fluency.Collaborate with Chargeback analysts to resolve critical outstanding WIP line errors.Provide project research for Memberships.Participate in GTN initiatives as needed.Proficiency with MS Excel and other computer applications.Must maintain a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail.Must be able to organize and process a high volume of transactions.
