The Role Global Partner Program is looking for a trust-worthy Intern to support their team and provide high-quality reporting and analytics for a variety of stakeholder-generated requests. The Global Partner Program Reporting Intern is the bridge between information and execution. In this role you will play a key part in providing management with the data and analyses to make business decisions for Global Partner Program. The successful intern will demonstrate not only data analytic skills, but also the ability to interpret data to provide knowledge and insight. Not just reporting 'what', but also identifying 'why'. The intern must be able to apply critical thinking skills to perform impact analysis and root cause analysis. And must recognize the necessity and value of accuracy, have a strong process documentation background, and process information quickly. This will be a part-time Internship. Key Responsibilities Execute ad-hoc, monthly, and quarterly tasks related to reporting for the Global Partner Program, and Program Managers. Manage, evaluate, and drive ongoing requests for reporting and data as needed by operational groups as well as projects. Provide ad-hoc analysis to support leadership decisions. Accountable for continuous service optimization, tracking and communicating as well as maintaining a comprehensive metrics catalogue. Identify, escalate and document gaps and errors in processes, related databases and systems. Proactive communication and collaboration with stakeholders on process improvements Drive the data collection requirements, analysis, reporting, and improvements needed for Services metrics. Develop key metrics, dashboards, and associated data views to support management decision makers. Qualifications and Skills Basic Qualifications Business Administration or Industrial Engineering student in the final semester of the program and planning to do the final project (Proyecto de Graduación) during 2024. Advanced English communication skills - verbal and written. Great organization and communication skills. Strong analytical, organizational and creative problem-solving skills. Ability to follow oral and written directions. Intermediate Excel level. Ability to identify reporting gaps and create meaningful reports from scratch. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills with a diverse group of stakeholders, managers, and subject matter experts. Focus on efficiency and accuracy in a faster paced, sometimes high-pressure environment. Preferred Qualifications Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time. #LI-SU01
