**Job Description**:**Job Description**:The Manager is responsible for the Medical Document, Clinical document Intake and Billing department. Including billing document collection for Managed Care and Medicaid order processing. This includes working closely with order requestors, customers, patients, physicians and insurance companies to qualify Home Care orders. The Manager is responsible for performance management, customer satisfaction and payment realization for these orders. Planning, hiring, process improvement, customer interaction and sales interaction are all responsibilities of the Manager.DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:Manages the Document Collection process for Managed Care and Medicaid Home Care ordersEnsures department meets overall KCI customer service, efficiency, and financial goals.Establishes and maintains policies and procedures with support KCI and industry standardsHandle hiring and performance management for a hybrid workforcePartners with other functional areas within the revenue cycle process to identify trends or issues which could potentially affect reimbursement.Leads improvement in key areas around cycle time, backlog of orders, unbilled orders, write offs (Lost Days) and realization of billed claimsEngages teams in continuous improvement efforts while maintaining compliance guidelinesCompile, analyze, and monitors management reports and provides relevant information to the organization on a regular basisA "leader of leaders" - the manager is responsible for Managing and mentoring Supervisors, Team Leads and Customer Service RepresentativesDevelops and maintains relationships with internal and external customers.Ensures overall staffing levels are adequate to meet service and financial goals.Organizes and monitors activities related to employee morale to include employee reviews, facilities, incentives, rewards, promotions, training and team building.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:- 5 or more years of leadership experience- Demonstrated ability to initiate, organize and implement change.- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.- Demonstrated ability to deal with all level of employees and external business contacts while conveying a positive, service-oriented attitude.- Demonstrated problem-solving skills.- Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast paced and changing environment- Ability to lead a large team of people.Preferred Qualifications:- 5 or more years of related healthcare experience- Bachelor's Degree preferable in Business or Management- 2 or more years of leadership experience at Manager level or above- Previous experience with the order to cash process for outpatient medical services for Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, Worker's Comp and Private Pay patients.- Project Management experience3M es un empleador que ofrece las mismas oportunidades. 3M no discriminará a ningún solicitante de empleo por razones de raza, color, edad, religión, sexo, orientación sexual, identidad o expresión de género, origen nacional, discapacidad o estado de veterano.Our approach to flexibility is called Work Your Way, which puts employees first and drives well-being in ways that enable 3M's business and performance goals.
