Your Role- We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and driven HR Coordinator to assist our HR department with administrative and HR-related tasks. The HR Coordinator responsibilities include updating employee absence records, filing HR documents accordingly, and providing suitable recommendations to improve HR policies.- An outstanding HR Coordinator should be detail-oriented and able to demonstrate excellent administrative and organizational skills.What You Will Do- Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.-- Records management and internal employee file auditing.-- Assisting in the planning of company events.-- Proofread HR documents.-- Help prepare Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents.-- Provide administrative support to the HR Manager that foster communications and a favorable work environment.-- Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.-- Translate HR documents from Spanish to English-- Respond to administrative needs of the firm's employees (letters, certificates, etc.).Your Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in business administration, psychology, human resource management, or studying toward a degree in these or in a related field.-- Proven experience working in an office environment.The ability to work as part of a team.-- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.-- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.-- Effective communication skills.-- Detail-oriented-- Proficient in English.Life at Gensler- At Gensler, we are as committed to enjoying life as we are to delivering best-in-class design.
