Team overview and job responsibilitiesWe are looking for a HR Intern to join our HR team. Based in Heredia - Costa Rica, some work experience would be an advantage but is not essential - ultimately, it's your desire to learn and your blend of communication, organization and team working skills that will be important. We're looking for people with a passion for success — on the job and beyond.Tasks And ResponsibilitiesMaintain HR Workday database and ensure standards of accuracy and quality as well as compliance with relevant procedures.Assist with Compensation, Benefits and Mobility ProcessProcess documentation in accordance the possible changes together with process and system experts.Develop a good working relationship with the PG HR community through timely and accurate administration of HR processes, and early identification of requirements and any service issues.Works closely with management supervisors and hourly employees to improve work relationships and increase productivity and retention.Fosters the highest level of commitment among our people through transparent communication about business challenges, successes, and results.Open to partner feedback and use it to improve our service offering.Support the Human Resources Manager through completion of daily HR related tasks including filing, office organization, project coordination, creation of employee communications and events organization.Who are we looking for?Active student of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance or related field.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel. BI, will be considered a plus.Intermediate English level is desirable.Availability for a minimum of 6 months.Energized when faced with ambiguity and uncertainty; deals constructively with problems that do not have clear solutions or outcomes.Personal commitment with continuous improvement.Proactivity and teamwork.Your application data will be treated according to our Data Protection Policy.
