More information can be found at .Maintain and manage all confidential documents including offer or promotion letters, employees' disciplinary actions, PCN's, in the employees' file. Coordinate and ensure the completion of all new hire paperwork and entry into Human Resources Systems.Classify position descriptions, and review or revise prior classification work done according to classification standards and/or classification guides. Make sure all JD are signed as appropriate.Assist the HR personnel in communication efforts due to policies' changes, updates, special activities, throughout organization. Prepare presentations to ensure appropriate communication.Collaborates in all tasks relate to new projects and improvements implemented by the Human Resources Area.Provide support to the employees and address employees queries about benefits, company policies, Human Resources related matters, among others.Employee relations support such as taking lead or working with Manager, HR for coordination of company sponsored events; birthday celebrations; prepares information for employee anniversary dates and uploads for displays, and items of this nature. Prepare HR reports or information as required.Execute additional duties and tasks assigned by management.University Degree (90%) in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Experience in Human Resources processes and practices is a plus.Ability to learn fast, collaboration and teamwork, and demonstrated consistency in delivering results.Effective communication skills with peers, managers, and external partners. Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.Able to solve problems with effective solutions.Ability to move projects forward by understanding the overall requirements in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft including Word, Excel, and Outlook and PowerPoint.English knowledge is a plus.CooperSurgical does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, national origin, disability, genetic characteristic, or other characteristics protected by law.
