Human Resources Jr Analyst

Descripcion general- Client facing for Employee Services.- Ensure all key performance indicators are met or exceeded.- Timely communicate any issues arising from dealing with our clients or processes and understand when and how escalation procedures start.- Be available to help on the execution of day-to-day functions in an effective manner.- Have a clear understanding of all policies and procedures under administration.- Actively increase knowledge of policies and procedures in HR processes.- Anticipate opportunities for improvements in processes to comply with establish policies.- Understand and correctly utilize resources provided by internal systems, policies, and procedures.- Effectively partner and build productive working relationships with peers, leadership, and other departments.- Actively contribute to maintain a team culture that promotes a growth mindset.- Immediately adopt and implement programs that enhance our client experience.Requisitos a aplicar- Experience: 2 years of working experience in a HR service center environment, data entry ,case analysis- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience- Technical/Operating: 2 years working with HR / Case Management Systems. (SAP, Service Now, Workday, etc.)- Language: English advanced. Strong writing skills in English and Spanish.
