Here, you'll be supported in progressing - whatever your ambitions.**About the role**:Prepares reporting and analytics related to the Company's expenditures with HCPs for various internal customers and for the Company's external reporting submissions. Also, prepares and loads HCP event spend into source systems for purposes of reporting.**You're Responsabilities include**:- Prepare reports and analysis of quarterly HCP expenditures for each Business Unit, including trending analysis and commentary to accompany the data- Monthly/ Quarterly analysis and reporting (where applicable) of HCP expenditures to meet certain external reporting requirements. This is including analysis of data to ensure accuracy and completeness and assisting the team to prepare annual external submissions- Prepare reports and analyses to support external reporting requirements for US Federal Sunshine and applicable State Reports- Quarterly analysis of HCP T&E expenditures provided to Global Compliance organization Receive and research internal and external HCP inquiries - working with various key stakeholders to respond to HCP- Responsible for following monthly reporting calendar and ensuring assigned activities are completed timely and accurately, in line with HCP Service Level Agreements- Gather all HCP event documentation, ensure completeness and store in shared locationPerform event allocations per HCP attendee in accordance to BSC's HCP policies and procedures- Upload HCP event spend into Spend Hub and validate completeness and accuracy of data loaded- Perform periodic audits of HCP event spend and remediate spend as needed- Work on process improvements, automation and enhancements- Preparation of reports and analyses for adhoc requests**What we're looking for**- Academic background: Business Administration or Finances- Active student certification.- At least 80% of the career approved (Bachelor´s or Licentiate degree).- English level: 80% or above.- Availability of 38 - 40 hours per week in site**Requisition ID**:546057**Job Segment**:Intern, Research, Entry Level
