As the Investment Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company through effective program management, financial acumen, and cross-functional collaboration.The impact you will have: Strategic Program Leadership: Develop and execute the strategy and roadmap for the Investment Program.Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for the program.Ensure effective allocation of investments to maximize return on investment.Regular reporting on consumption ROI delivered as part of effective use of investment $ Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including executives, to understand business needs and align program objectives.Active engagement with stakeholders and business leaders to ensure compliance, status, and program executionSolve for program blockers and bottlenecks. Communicate program status, risks, and opportunities to leadership and drive a plan of action to resolve. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate program risks, ensuring investments approvals within budgetImplement best practices for risk management and issue resolution. What we look for: Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.6+ years of experience in program management or management consulting or related fields.
