It Network Operations Lead Engineer I

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:WHAT YOU'LL DO- Participate in shaping operational capabilities and defining network security strategy- Drive implementation, innovation, and continuous improvement for BCG's network security services- Carry out network security operational activities- Develop processes for network security operational activities for hand-off- Help to coordinate and lead the network security operational activities performed by MSPs and MSSPs- Work closely with peers and colleagues across the Secure Infrastructure Platforms, Information Security, and IT Service teams to ensure that implementation and operations is aligned with standards and performs to high reliability and availability specifications**YOU'RE GOOD AT**:- Talking with business partners and co-workers across different cultures- Driving and delivering tactical and operational security through consensus- Ability to work in an Agile environment leveraging strong work management, organizational and planning skills- Understanding security governance and compliance frameworks- Mapping traffic flows across network and security infrastructure- Taking pride in mentoring junior engineers**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:- Subject matter expertise (5+ years) with NGFWs, WAFs, Web Gateways, and security architecture- (specifically Palo Alto and Zscaler)- Success deploying security policies with IPS, URL Filtering, DNS security, and SSL inspection- Solid understanding with AWS and Azure cloud environments, load balancers, reverse proxies, VPN, and SASE- Solid understanding of firewall security policy tuning with tools like Algosec- Expertise in quickly identifying and remediating root cause- Practical understanding with ITaaS, ITIL, monitoring, and metrics- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; command of additional languages will be**YOU'LL WORK WITH**:
