We're launching new tech, adding new solutions and now we're looking for YOU — eager for a challenge, energized by innovation and aligned with our mission to deliver a future of work without borders.**Key Responsibilities**- Collaborate with system administrators to prevent system downtime- Ensure customer satisfaction and perform quality work on all services requests- Install, upgrade and troubleshooting of Accounting/Tax software such as QuickBooks etc.- Managing user accounts on Servers/Domain.- Troubleshooting and Maintenance of Terminal Servers- Familiar with Client/Server Architecture- Need to reply support tickets or route to the respective team.- Troubleshooting as per preliminary guidelines to resolve the issue.- Deployment of service releases, patches, requests and customization.**About You**- 2 -4 years of experience- BS/BA degree in Engineering or related field or Qualifying Work Exp- Knowledge of windows server and virtualization- Microsoft Azure Administration- Cybersecurity training- Excellent knowledge of Windows troubleshooting, Office 365 Suite- SharePoint Administration- Basic knowledge in Networking (TCP/IP, DNS) /Database- Exposure to Cloud computing- Asset Management- Excellent oral and written English communication skills- Strong customer focus & multi-tasking skills- Self-starter who is excited about technology- Troubleshooting / Support experience**Preferred Qualifications**- Microsoft Intune implementation and administration- Microsoft Data Factory / PowerBI- DBA experience- HubSpot/CRM support- ISO 2700 & 9001**What We Value**- NEVER SETTLE - You are a bar-raiser who is never content with the status quo nor second place.
