Your Role Air Logistics Specialist Quick support local team and USA control towers to confirm priority packages information within logistics chain. Your Responsibilities + Responsible for data accuracy: analyzing, checking, preparing, adjusting/correcting, and entering correct data.+ Request package information to vendors and/or carriers, mostly by calls or internet tracking.+ Follow up issues and escalate accordingly.+ Execution of tasks in internal systems based on documentation/instructions.+ Ability to easily read the documentation and seek the information on them.+ When needed, decision making in case of task exceptions.+ Work closely with superiors and teammates to deliver high level of service to our customers.+ Daily communication with KN Colleagues via chat, email or phone in order to clarify exceptions/ mismatches/issues.The schedule we offer:Monday to Friday 6:00am to 3:00pm (Off Saturday and Sunday) on-siteThursday to Monday 3:00pm to 11:00pm (Off Tuesday and Wednesday) WFH Your Skills and Experiences + High school diploma.+ Advance English level – written and oral.+ Intermediate Excel level.+ Ability to work with demanding deadlines.+ Proven analytical and problem solving skills.+ Detail oriented.+ Team work.+ Effective communicator.+ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.+ Eager to challenges and learn a new process.+ Schedule flexibility.
