Your Role This role provides support to the Quick Revenue Care Teams in tasks related to Data Accuracy analysis, correction & input in QuickTrac. Your Responsibilities + Responsible for data accuracy: analyzing, checking, preparing, adjusting/correcting and entering correct data. + Execution of tasks in internal systems based on documentation/instructions. + Ability to easily read the documentation and seek the information on them. + When needed, decision making in case of task exceptions. + Working on tasks which requires more time due to additional steps that needs to be checked and done. + Daily communication with KN colleagues via chat, email or phone in order to clarify exceptions/ mismatches/issues. + The schedule we offer: Monday to Friday 6:00am to 3:00pm Your Skills and Experiences + High school diploma. + Intermediate Excel level. + Advanced English both on verbal and written. + Good analytical and problem solving skills. + Ability to work with demanding deadlines. + Proven analytical and problem solving skills. + Must be an empathic person. + Ability to establish priorities. + Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. + Eager to challenges and learn a new process. + Schedule flexibility.
