**Job Description**:The KYC Operations Group Manager is a senior management-level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team or department to provide Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring, governance, oversight and regulatory reporting services in coordination with the Compliance and Control team. The overall objective of this role is to drive the development and management of a dedicated internal KYC (Know Your Client) program at Citi.**Responsibilities**:- Represent Know Your Client (KYC) team in multiple forums, internally and externally, including senior management discussions and key stakeholder meetings across the business, compliance and operations to provide transparency on initiatives- Regional KYC lead supporting Markets for LATAM- Site Lead with an oversite of 40+ employees for KYC operations site in Costa Rica- Work with Global KYC management team to provide strategic direction and develop all aspects of the KYC control environment (e.g., people, process, technology and governance)- Ensure proper and effective governance of tasks and processes with reference to internal policy and external regulation- Partner with Compliance, the business and KYC teams globally on interpretation and implementation of new Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies managing directly the impact to the control environment- Develop project plans and ongoing KYC training plans related to business, product and AML policies including review and attestation processes- Assess and manage changes to the KYC control environment delivered though process, policy and technology change- Drive continuous improvements to quality of data, control reporting and associated metrics to increase global consistency**Qualifications**:- 10+ years of experience- 5+ years of experience managing an operations team- Strong communication skills- Effective collaboration skills with colleagues across business lines and levels- Strong relationship management and coaching skills- Analytical and strategic thinking skills- CAMS Certification preferred**Education**:- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience- **Job Family Group**:Compliance and Control- **Job Family**:Business KYC- **Time Type**:Full time- Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.View the "**EEO is the Law**" poster.
