The coach will report to the Faculty Lead who in their turn will report to the Employee Experience organization under the People Function. Key ResponsibilitiesAs an experienced and certified coach, you will deliver coaching as part of our leadership development strategy and solutions. This position will be a part of the Faculty Team which will work very tightly with the Maersk Leadership Institute (MLI), helping to deliver the solutions. The MLI designs and develops the solutions that are then deployed and delivered by the Faculty Team. In addition, you will be working with a vast variety of leaders and creating impact on our organization by delivering a challenging and supportive coaching experience to leaders that both helps them make progress on their own leadership goals.What we look forYou are a qualified coach with accredited coaching certifications (either by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) or European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC)?You are very experienced in 1:1 coaching and/or group coaching?.Experience on leadership development, facilitating development programs and happy to coach leaders at various levels.You know how to best coach in a virtual environment, using various collaboration methods and tools to make the sessions engaging (nearly 100 of the coaching is virtual).You work through empathy and understanding as well as the ability to listen to different perspectives and to challenge leaders in a healthy way.You are authentic and build trust.
