The Learning and Development intern should support the Human Resources department. You will be assigned a project about assisting in impact/measurement tracking workstream, organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization. Assist with developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization. Work with team to develop evaluation methods to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement. Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle. . Our internship program helps university students or recent graduates to take the first step into the business world. In this role, you'll need … Advance college student of Business Administration, Economy, Human Resources, or related field. Bilingual English - Spanish Schedule availability to allocate +24 hrs a week on internship project NOTE: Internship could be only performed face to face [no Work from Home enabled for interns]
