Maintenance Tooling Engineer 1

**Job Title**: Maintenance Tooling Engineer 1**Maintenance Tooling Engineer 1****Responsibilities**- Responsible for performing Complex troubleshooting, mechanisms analysis and precision adjustment for production machines.- Troubleshoots quality problems on machines to identify root causes of deviant parts and performs necessary repairs to ensure quality specifications.- Optimize lifecycle of production equipment and reduce costs by improving availability.- Design and develop tooling and fixtures to improve manufacturing efficiency and quality performance in processes.- Development prototypes and testing for new designs carrying out quality assurance tests on those new designs.- Responsible for managing the fabrication of component and assembly fixtures required to complete prototype fabrication.- Proven experience in reading and interpreting complex mechanical, technical drawings.- Uses CAD software to analyze existing tooling designs and improve on them.- Create and update the documentation for equipment design changes.- Follow health, safety, and environmental procedures to prevent accidents, illness, and environmental hazards.- Escalate unsafe acts or conditions observed in the work area.***Requirements**- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering: Mechanical, Industrial, Materials or other related engineering field.- Intermediate English- Solid precision mechanics background.- 2+ Years related experience in design and Fixtures development.- knowledge in CNC.- knowledge in CAM is a plus.- CAD software knowledge is a must (Auto Cad and solid works).- Working knowledge of precision mechanics, precision adjustments, electrical (basic), Mechanic, wiring, equipment repair.- Ability to complete projects on time and to specification.- Requires the ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders.- Windchill software experience is a plus.- Administrative Shift (onsite)**About Philips**We are a health technology company.
