**Manufacturing Tecnician MIR****YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Know-How in Troubleshooting tools.- Make complex repairs and preventive maintenance, including visual systems, manufacturing equipment, sealing, and other packaging equipment to avoid delays in the production area.- Work directly with Manufacturing and Quality Engineers to achieve expected quality levels in products.- Aid product engineering teams by executing protocols to ensure that the robust process designs meet the intended customer requirements.- Provide support to the engineering teams in the performing qualifications of equipment, fixtures, tools, and processes to ensure the proper functionality by executing lab studies, IQ/OQ/PQ, and PPQs following GMPs and internal procedures.- Perform technical analysis to resolve in an appropriate way and in the shortest possible time problems related to the product or components by conducting testing utilizing DOE methodology and other experimental design tools.- Maintain and improve all process-related documentation and records, such as work instructions, production forms, or batch records.- Other duties can be assigned to the employee once the corresponding training is completed.**WHO YOU ARE**- Technical Degree (electromechanical, mechanical, or electrical title) or similar.- English proficiency, intermediate-advanced.- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Medical Device Industry or Pharmaceutical.- Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing and 5S.- Experience with Electromechanical and Pneumatic Systems.(PLC also preferred)- Confident and Curious problem solver who can think and deliver under pressure- Innovation and automation thinking.- Capacity to research and implement techniques that support long-term needs and goals of the business plan.- Effective communication within engineering, upper management, production associates and other co-workers- Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, layouts, wiring diagrams, drawings, PLC programs, and specifications.- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).- Experience with basic lab practices, instrumentation, tooling, and fixturing.- Passport and US Visa active, and willing to travel.
