Marketing Analyst ( Portuguese/English/French)

A PL support is responsible for supporting the presales process drive.


The role includes:

· This role may need to manage relationships with vendors to client that are responsible for the delivery of presales support.

· Assisting Delivery and Sales personnel with end to end process of creating and managing request in our internal systems

· Assisting the Delivery personnel in follow up in the assignment/submitted request

· Making sure the deal is set up correctly and submitted to pass the pre-validation criteria first time right.

· Work together with Resource Manager to make sure the deal flows thru the process in a timely manner, issues are solved and on-holds are prevented

· Monitor deal set up in the systems (includes billing)

· Assisting the Delivery personnel upon closing the request to operations team (Global Enterprise Services Operations)

Skills Required:

· 1-3 years of experience in a technical support environment and in IT operations

· Strong written and communication skills required

· Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Skype for Business and Outlook required
