Here, you will make an impact by:Support back-end and/or front-end development efforts with cross-functional teams for the HAMR application - HAMR is a 3M Marketing Technologies application intended to empower marketers across the business to achieve data research & analytical requirements that drive strategic business decisions.Implement changes that will impact internal processes on behalf of the team.Support integration efforts across both supporting and consuming business systems as needed.Willingness to assist different teams across the business that may be looking for guidance or project support related to the HAMR application.Your Skills and Expertise Demonstrate strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy on data reports and processes.Demonstrate excellent problem-solving, reasoning, and analytical skillsAbility to complete repetitive tasks in a timely manner and to keep track of ongoing pending requestsFlexible and detail orientedExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to attend to daily stand-up meetings with the scrum team virtually. Minimum Qualifications: To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Associates degree in Business Information Systems, Information Technology or similar with at least 4 years of relevant experience or Batchelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Information Technology or similar with at least 3 years of experience.
