Job Description Media Associates support the creation, management, and stewardship of the client's media plans and investments. The Media Planning role is a great place to begin your career in the continuously evolving world of advertising. We provide you with extensive training and development opportunities when you join our team.Role Objectives:Learn about your client's business, including the industry, category, and your client's competitorsCollaborate with internal colleagues and external sales professionalsDevelop relationships with client contacts and external vendorsDevelop a solid understanding of consumer and industry insights to analyze competitorsInform and influence when and where a client's advertising should be spentLearn how to make educated placement recommendations using media statistics and basic media math calculations (all taught in our training programs)Develop analytical and negotiation skillsMonitor budgets, reporting, and purchases to ensure all ads run as orderedQualificationsMust be at a B2 English level or higher+1 year of experience working with offline/Online media planning and have experience building cross-channel media strategies (TV, Radio, OOH, Linear TV, OLV, Display, Social, Traditional Media, Search or Programmatic)Mid to high-level skills in Excel and PowerPoint.Excellent client management skillsConflict solution abilitiesExperience working in a demanding environment.Strong team player who can work on their initiative and occasionally unsupervised.Strong communication skills.Goal oriented skills.Attention to detail skills.Analytical skills.
