**O2C MANAGER**:Our team in **Heredia** currently has an opening for a **O2C Manager**The Credit Manager will be responsible for plan, lead, direct, manage and control the Credit Control team in line with targets and defined credit policy.Lead by example a cross-functional collaboration and create a motivating working atmosphere in order to produce desired results.**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Provide leadership and guidance to Credit Control Manager to ensure that credit operation is processed efficiently and effectively.- Partner with business units to develop and manage the strategic direction, governance and management of the team.- Manage and monitor credit control initiatives to ensure efficient processing of credit control activities by adopting best practices.- Ensure compliance to Financial Accounting Standard mainly on treatment for provision of doubtful debts.- Lead and manage the credit control team on KPI.- Ensure all issues relating to credit risks are being updated and escalated.- Coach and motivate team members to ensure optimum performance.**YOUR PROFILE**:- Advanced knowledge/ use of ERP and office productivity tools (MS Office etc.)- Excellent strategic leadership and management skills.- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and coordinate with other internal departments to deliver seamless service to customers.- Good verbal and written communication skills in English**OUR OFFER**:We offer competitive benefits, great working environment and hybrid work model.**INTERESTED?**:
