In addition, for the last five years, we've been named in the **100 "World's Most Innovative Companies" by Forbes Magazine**.**Job Description**:- What you will be doing:_- Handle an extensive array of administrative tasks including preparation & tracking expense reports, coordinating meetings & group & company events and arranging transportation and travel logistics for visitors.- Ability to handle confidential and non-routine information with discretion.- Assist in preparation of presentations and correspondence.- Assist in preparation of business/client meetings both in-office and off site.- Assist in other administrative responsibilities such as photocopying, binding for presentations, printing & filing of a diverse arrange of company documentation.- Coordination and scheduling of outbound correspondence and shipments.- Facilitation of standard employee requests (office supplies, ergonomic equipment, key replacements, etc.) through the internal request tracking system.- Collaboration with office facilities on ordering supplies and maintenance of office furniture, equipment and overall building conditions.- Coordination with other support functions for access badges, parking passes and other employee onboarding needs.- Manage relations with suppliers and work with Procurement on the creation of new suppliers and purchase requests. Assist in the overall purchasing lifecycle.- Cooperation with the Finance functions to follow up on actions and completion of payments for products and services.- Manage and keep track of stock related to products and services to employees- Manage all tasks related to occupational safety & health.- Assist in management, relations and quality control of company services provided by third parties, such as janitorial, security, legal, transportation, food, etc.- Assist and participate in activities related to special projects such as space expansions, employee moves, etc.**Qualifications**:- Qualifications_- How you background looks like; _- High School Diploma (minimum) is required- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience supporting a team in a fast-paced, multinational, high-tech environment.- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management and individuals both in English and Spanish through multiple channels.- Analytical skills, ability to work with data.- Customer service oriented- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the capability to perform seamlessly & professionally.- Detail oriented, able to think and work independently with little direction.- Occupational Health & Safety knowledge is a plus- Knowledge of the Free Trade Zone regime policies in Costa Rica is a plus- Knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles and practices is a plus- Experience in management of outsourced staff is a plus- Proven previous job stability, including maintaining long-term work relationships with former employers- Must be able to clear the company's pre-employment screeningAdditional Information- Experian is proud to be an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
