Other European languages would be advantageous.- A collaborative team player who wants to learn, grow and embrace the digital culture.**ABOUT THE JOB**- You ensure all reservations are managed in detail and suppliers receive them on time.- Monitor that the terms and conditions of excursions meet the quality and operations standards agreed.- Overseeing Operation during excursion day and Support, gather and feedback information of any incidents or accident that may occur.- Managing and loading all bookings into the system and supplier relations and expectations.- Guarantee that all information is collected in a timely and efficient manner for invoicing purposes.- Managing amendments and communicating them to Service delivery team and suppliers guaranteeing services as smoothly as possible and optimising costs and load factor.- Responsible for loading pick up times into the system and pre-ordering attractions entrance tickets, including any cash reconciliation.- We love to see your uniqueness shine through and inspire the future of travel.
