**Job Title**: Product Industrialization Engineer**Product Industrialization Engineer**Leads the development and release of Manufacturing processes, tools and equipment for NPI projects, both outsourced and in-house. Can also lead Manufacturing process development activities in Advanced Development projects.**Responsibilities**- Part of initial phase of manufacturing technology development projects- Executes Manufacturing technology development projects- Implements new technologies in factories- Initiates and executes major productivity improvement projects linked to Manufacturing processes and equipment- Provides expert support to problem solving related to Manufacturing processes and Equipment- Initiates and leads Manufacturing technology mentoring- Develop tactical / strategic improvement opportunities and best-practices for BG- Business processes (expert)- Lead cross functional team for project execution.- Focus his priorities and help other based on business requirements.- Work as a mentor for his teammates.**Requirements**:- Bachelor degree in engineering field- Advance English skills written and spoken.- 5 years of experience- Proven experience in manufacturing process sustaining.- Proven knowledge on Quality - Regulatory tasks such as NCRs, CAPAS, Audits.- Administrative Shift**Preferences**Master degree in engineering - administration field**About Philips**We are a health technology company.
