ArcSight provides the industry's only vendor-neutral solution for real time intelligent identification, prioritization and network response to external security attacks, insider threats and compliance breaches.**Role Responsibilities**:In this role you will work with Engineering, Product Management, and other cross functional teams to define requirements for system level code that can be used by our software and appliance products. Examples are product licensing, system configuration, encryption, authentication, and monitoring. You will also deliver the required functionality by either deploying third party solutions or implementing new ones, primarily in Java.**Requirements**:- Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or experience- 4 years of direct experience with the following:- Functional testing of Enterprise-class software products, and creating test plans, detailed test cases, and test schedules- Software automation using frameworks such as Selenium, Silk Test, QF-Test, Load Runner, etc.- High-performance database-centric Enterprise-class software environment, preferably in Java- With web user interface design and development, enterprise design experience- Linux and Windows operating Systems- Management tools such as JIRA, HP QC/ALM, Perforce, ANT, Hudson, etc.- Scrum and Agile experience**_Preferred Skills (Plus): _**- 4 years of experience in at least one of the Web or Java UI automation frameworks such as Selenium- Networking and security experience in configuring network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls)- Exposure to Core Java, good understanding of concepts like garbage collection, multithreading- Knowledge of SIEM products- Security certifications (ISSEP/CISSP, CSSLLP, CEH, CSA/LPT)**_ Behavioural Skills:_**- Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills- Organized and process oriented individual- Ability to adapt and willingness to learn new technology or techniques- Quick learner, strong analytical and problem solving skills- Attention to detailsLI-GM1**Job**:Engineering**Micro Focus is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
