About the role: Bring support to Quality department in the Complaints, Incoming, Quality Release and Quality Assurance Areas. Responsabilities: May execute the following resposibilities: Coordinate and perform project and product testing. Perform statistical analysis and communicate results to teams. Develop and qualify data sheets; assist in developing, conducting, qualifying and documenting equipment/fixtures, visual standards, and test methods. Perform testing, gather data, verify and report results of product testing and process monitoring, including comparing results to acceptance criteria and control limits. Initiate, investigate, and assist in generation and completion of NCEPs and DDAs. Identify, prioritize and resolve quality issues identified by metrics. Assist with product failure analysis. Assist engineers in failure analysis and CAPA activities, including assignment as a CAPA project member. Support process and product qualification activities. Define training requirements for test methods and work instructions. Identify and lead departmental initiatives related to best quality practices and continuous improvement. Serve support roles during external audits: Document retriever, auditee. Perform "special" quality initiatives with guidance. May execute additional responsibilities related to the QA Cross Training STAR Project COY1015. Refer to the document by accessing P:DESCRIPTIONS. We are looking for? Academic Requirements: Completed High School Diploma (indispensable requirement) Technical level in: Quality. Desirable student of 50% of a related university degree. Experience in similar or related positions: at least 3 years. English level: B1 50 - 59%. Availability to work A Shift (Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 3:30 pm).
