If you are passionate about intelligent automation and related technologies, this is your opportunity.**Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?**- In 3 to 6 months be actively engaged in the project lifecycle from the requirement gathering stage and start delivering RPA projects for the CoE.- In 6 to 12 months, in addition to RPA project delivery, contribute to the CoE knowledge base by creating re-usable components, be up-to-date with the latest UiPath features, explore technologies relevant to intelligent automation, and learn and implement them in upcoming projects.- You will work closely with RPA core and extended CoE and also interact with various Business Units throughout the project life cycle.**The Work: What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?**- Design, develop, and test solutions to automate processes, activities, and tasks using UiPath RPA tools/ technology.- Develop objects and common libraries, ensuring they are easily maintainable, easy to understand, and reusable.- Ensure the quality of the designed workflows by performing thorough code reviews, testing, and ensuring that configuration control is maintained at all times.- Coordinate with process owners and businesses to understand the as-is process to design the automation solution and documentation of the design.- Comply with and help enforce design standards, policies, and procedures.- Create and document test procedures and scenarios prior to launch User Acceptance Testing (UAT).- Support business teams in testing activities, including end-to-end (business process) testing and UAT- Report status, issues, and risks on a regular basis.- Coordinate work efforts in partnership with a team of local or remote SMEs (functional / operations) to support the delivery of projects.- Play the role of a change agent, constantly seeking, sharing & implementing best practices.**What is the leadership like for this role? What is the structure and culture of the team like?**The RPA Manager has 10 years of experience in Process Improvement and Automation within the IT and Services Industries. He started as an RPA Developer within the team, naturally evolving to the RPA Lead role and eventually into the RPA Manager position.The RPA Manager believes in encouraging everyone in the team to think out of the box, learn and leverage new technologies, take ownership, and foster innovation by bringing in wild ideas. Currently, the team consists of 5 team members who bring experience from diverse backgrounds and share the passion to innovate and grow.**Where is this role located?**Flexible: The role is considered flexible and will be a mix of working from a local VMware office and remote depending on your preferences and the arrangements determined with your future manager.
