The role requires attention to both sales and marketing efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.- Analyze the market by identifying potential customers to help with marketing decisions.- Examine the needs, wants, and purchasing patterns of their target audience.- Oversee activities and hands on involvement on everything that relates to image and exposure including which conventions the sales team should attend.- Assist the sales team in generating leads and identifying potential clients through market research and outreach efforts.- Act as a point of contact, a source of information, and a go-between to convey information quickly and accurately by keeping everyone in the loop and ensuring consistency.- Support the planning and execution of events, seminars, and trade shows, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site support.- Manage and maintain customer relationship management systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information.- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing presentations by gathering pertinent information and organize it into visual or written presentations., and managing correspondence.- Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and proposals.- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and industry trends by being consistent in looking out for ways to build the company's customer base.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination between departments.- Manages general office duties such as filing, data entry, executive schedule and trips- Other duties as assignedAbility to Commute:- Heredia, Provincia de Heredia (required)
