This exciting new role would be part of a culture that is helping to improve lives every day through digital dentistry.?The Sales Operations Analyst should?be responsible for leading strategic thought and analysis surrounding territory design, viability of territory indexing, mapping, and alignment of said territories. Be the primary contact with Regional Managers and above for driving changes and strategic growth of new roles. Also collaborate with the internal Salesforce.com team to provide operational support and recommend functional enhancements to drive internal efficiencies. This role will be part of Align Technology goal to deliver the next generation of clear aligners (Invisalign®) to our customers. In this role, you will… Be a strategic leader and owner of territory development across all sales roles within the organization. Be responsible for ensuring targets and alignments are accurate, and to raise opportunities for improvements within. Manage the analysis and execution of market trends to territory coverage. Be responsible for territory optimization and coverage needs. Take ownership of analysis of account graduation / degradation. Serve as a solution expert in territory alignment and analysis. Work in a spirit of innovation and initiative in this role. Drive cross functional relationships with other business units outside of Sales Operations. Troubleshoot and resolve territory or account issues. In this role, you'll need … Typically: University Bachelor's degree. 2 years of directly related experience. Proficiency in English. Strong understanding of Salesforce.com's structure, capabilities and report/dashboard functionality. High level of business acumen, particularly in the Sales function, and the ability to translate that into actionable reporting utilizing Salesforce.com. Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet goals under pressure. Ability to business partner with senior sales leadership, IT, and other business personnel at all levels to achieve goals. Strong analytical skills and the ability to apply those skills to communicate actionable insights from sales data. Excellent organizational and project management skills. To be a strategic thinker who can take a core of an idea and develop an analytical model to drive optimization. Drive and passion for our business. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. SQL skills.
