We have been named by Forbes magazine as one of the "World's Most Innovative Companies" and ranked on Fortune's Best Companies to work for.**Job Description**:- Coordinates communication with clients to implement product or service changes regarding security, membership, and legal.- Holds meetings with clients / prospects using the telephone in conjunction with web based tools.- Identifies product-cross sell and up-sell opportunities and either takes the lead or refers them to sales personnel.- Researches and identifies sales and service opportunities for potential clients within assigned production center/ business units or specific accounts across all solution suites.
