We are IT professionals responsible for:1st level and some 2nd level support,monitoring, troubleshooting and solving alerts coming from IT infrastructure 24/7,administration of users in global systems,purchase of IT equipment, accessories and software,network (WAN, LAN, WI-FI),unified communications solutions (Avaya, MS Teams, faxes),ERP, CRM, SharePoint, Basware & Alusta.About the teamYou will join team of fantastic 6 people working remotely with designated watch to cover all time zones. Working closely with our architects you will not only be responsible for the implementation of new policies, standards, and programs, but also investigating security incidents as a part of Security Incident Response Process.About the jobSecurity Center Operations Specialist will actively participate in the daily coordination and remediation of all security incidents in the organization. With proper monitoring tools, you will be responsible for the forensic part and reporting security events.
