Come to IBM and make a global impact!**Your Role and Responsibilities**- You are an intermediate or senior software engineer and architect with an interest in building scalable distributed systems. We need team members who can help us scale our backend services to handle events coming from hundreds of thousands or even millions of devices.- You enjoy and take pride in your work and are comfortable working in a multidisciplinary and international team.- You are proactive at work. You take ownership of problems and solutions.- We offer a flexible work environment where you can work mostly from home.**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**- You should be familiar with the Scala programming language, its ecosystem and its tools (e.g. sbt).
