Senior Coordinator, Operations– Santa Ana Costa Rica Are you interested in joining a globally diverse organization where our unique contributions are recognized and celebrated, allowing each of us to thrive Then, it's time to join Western Union as a Senior Coordinator, Operations. Western Union powers your pursuit. Role Responsibilities:Responsible for supporting training system and questions with internal and external customers.Regular email support, training system interactions and general problem solving and troubleshooting.Basic maintenance of Learning Management System and its content.Role Requirements:  Proficiency in EnglishExperience reporting in Excel and other database-driven is required.6+ months of experience in training and learning field is an added advantage.Strong ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with a high-energy team supporting customers' questions and needs.Strong organizational and planning skills.Stakeholder management. Strong record of evaluating situations quickly and act decisively. Adaptability and/or flexibility. A history of working in a fast-paced environment. Problem solving skillsCommunication skills .
