**Senior QA Analyst (Hybrid)****Heredia, Costa Rica**SGF Global is looking for a Senior QA Analyst, for IT enterprise in Heredia, Costa Rica.**Requirements**:- University degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent experience.- 5+ years successfully working as QA/Testing Analyst, Test Lead, Business System Analyst or related experience.- Experience understanding requirements, documenting business processes, creating workflows, writing technical specifications, defining test scenarios/test cases, etc.- Solid understanding of QA testing methodologies and practices with a proven ability create test plans, write effective test cases that provide in depth coverage of functionality.- Strong planning and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Excellent verbal, written and technical communication skills and interpersonal skills.- 3+ years of experience in testing automation- Very Good experience in development using JavaScript or similar tools.- Experience working with Agile methodologies (daily scrum calls, planning and review meetings, etc)- Experience with Agile project tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar.- Experience working in Supply Chain considered a great plus.- Experience in C3 development considered a great plus.- English C1- Full time (8h)**Responsabilities**:- Coordinates the test activities for SIT, UAT, Regression, in coordination with Project Manager and Business Analyst when required- Prepares status updates reports for project managers and test leads on test results, defects, test preparation and execution progress and other testing metrics- Works together with developers, architects, business users and BAs to understand functional requirements and define and document testing requirements.- Design, implement, and execute manual test cases for different test phases including functional, system integration, regression and UAT, to provide in depth coverage of functionality.- Analyzes issues found to determine root causes and provide detailed issues reports or enhancement suggestions to the technical team. Familiar with defect management process and tools.- Provides status updates, supports test management tools, follow QA methodology and best practices.- Provides mentoring, training, support, and backup for other QA team members. Assists and provides direction to others in using new techniques and in solving together complex technical problems.
