Design and develop the user experience for digital products, based on business objectives and the desired user and customer behavior2. Collaborate with product managers, researchers, and engineers to identify new product opportunities, define problems & goals, map user flows and bring concepts to life3. Define user experiences for new and existing digital investing products4. Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and production quality visual designs5. Work within and maintain our design system, setting standards for color, type and interaction6. Collaborate with designers across other teams to workshop solutions, share insights and feedback, and help to grow the firm's design culture7. Validate designs and concepts through usability testing8. Work across the firm with other teams to ensure accuracy and consistency, and to build consensus9. Quickly and thoroughly create work flows, wireframes, design mockups and prototypes to effectively conceptualize new product initiatives and features10. Discover qualitative and quantitative insights via user research, user analytics and awareness of the most up to date UX practices cross industry.11. Craft User Personas to identify and articulate user motivations, expectations and goals**Requirements**:1. This position is a senior level position.2. The expected length of relevant prior experience beyond formal education is 5 to 7 years.3. BS/MS degree in Design or related discipline4. Requires full understanding of complex experience in product, interaction and user experience design5. Entrepreneurial drive and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment6. Experience designing and shipping large-scale product releases7. Strong understanding of UX and its relationship to visual design8.
