People who go beyond, by identifying root causes, evaluating optimal solutions, and recommending comprehensive solutions to prevent future issues.Job description:**What you will do**:- Resolve complex technical problems.- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders across various geographical locations.- Optimize the performance of enterprise business intelligence tools by defining data for filtering and indexing to add value for users.- Translate and communicate with business stakeholders, facilitating project transition from development to operations teams.- Understand and ensure compliance with data privacy laws.**What you need**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent field of study preferred.- 9+ years of experience in Information Technology, including service delivery, change management, and experience in the following technologies:- ITIL Foundations v3 certification preferred.- Microsoft Azure certifications.- Expertise in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including analysis, design, development, and deployment of reports, forms, and queries.- Proficiency in software deployment processes such as Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).- Experience supporting and delivering ETL/ELT pipelines, Business Intelligence, and Advanced Data Analytics.- Familiarity with Data Warehouse and Data Lake solutions architecture.- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure stack, data architecture, data modeling, visualization, and related technologies including Azure Synapse Analytics, Data Factory, SQL, Spark, Power BI, and Azure DevOps.- Understanding of best practices in designing, building, and maintaining scalable distributed data processing solutions, performance optimization, DevOps practices, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and automation.- Knowledge of Identity Management, Security, Data Governance, and Operations on the Azure Platform.**About Stryker
