If you have the qualities and drive to lead yourself or teams, there are roles ready to cultivate your skills and take you to the next level.**Job Summary****Responsibilities**:- Develops project plans based on customer feedback and assigns tasks to resources to ensure project are completed on time and according to specifications.- Reviews documents to create work orders outlining solutions to be developed, associated tasks to be performed, and deliverables to be provided.- Forwards project documents to stakeholders to obtain agreement on costs and resources.- Identifies and works with all affected groups and functions to manage project impact.- Researches and evaluates industry trends and best practices.- Provides support by developing training materials for related groups.- Reports on project status, field resource activity, and training initiatives.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree or International equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Industrial & Systems Engineering, Operations Research, or Logistics/Supply Chain - Preferred- Experience in database management, Supply Chain Logistics, or network modeling - Preferred- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel- Experience in database development and analysis - Preferred- Consulting experience in the Supply Chain industry - Preferred- Experienced with advanced data analytic tools and Network Optimization Modeling Software**Employee Type**:PermanentUPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
