Come be a part of this journey!****BAT COSTA RICA** **IS LOOKING FOR A SOURCING ADMINISTRATOR TACTICAL AMERICAS****SENIORITY LEVEL**:Junior, non-management**FUNCTION**: Finance**LOCATION**:Heredia,** **Costa Rica**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES****Reports to**:USA Analytics and Buyer Support Lead**Geographic Scope**:USA**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**- Assist buyers in their activities related to creation and updates of Purchase Info Records- Master Data analysis and updates.- Generation of reports and presentations using Microsoft package (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook,)- Bring support with SoX controls.- Support the compliance and procurement team with their activities (ex. report generation using SAP)- Sourcing tasks: search for suppliers and maintain engagement.**CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?**- Are you passionate about Data Management?**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE**- Proficient in Microsoft package and overall digital skills knowledge; (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Outlook, and other standard office technologies -MS Project Management is a plus-).- Basic knowledge of SAP.- Excellent analytical Skills- Excellent command of English, spoken and written.
