**Supply & Customer Logistic Manager****TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Leverage analytical tools to proactively identify trends and create solutions that will improve customer supply chain related Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).- Develop and maintain operational tracking systems for key promotional activities, new item introductions, item transitions, discontinuations, on-shelf availability, and inventory management.- Actively collaborate with internal cross functional resources and with external customer supply chain teams to improve KPI's (e.g. why/why, data analysis, value stream mapping) to identify root causes, solve problems and implement solutions.- Manage forecasting and customer replenishment (VMI/CMI/CPFR) for non-seasonal/less complex brands.- Partnership Development: Actively collaborates with internal cross-functional resources and with external retailer Supply Chain / Merchandising Team Members to improve Logistics/Supply Chain KPIs by utilizing CI problem solving methodologies (e.g. why-why, data analysis, value stream mapping) to identify root causes, solve problems, and implement solutions.- Manages forecasting and replenishment CMI / CPFR related activities for non-seasonal, less complex brands.- Improve and maintain customer in-stocks, support forecasting forecast accuracy/bias, minimize OTIF charges, help maximize promotional spend through managing shelf inventory.- Align annual customer growth with Sales organization and achieve 95% OTIF.**WHO YOU ARE**- Bachelor's degree in business administration and a post graduate certificate in a supply chain management discipline preferred.- At leas 3 years related experience in supply chain management within the consumer product, consumer health, CPG or OTC industry.- Advance level in oral and written English; multiple languages an advantage.- Must be a self-starter, with good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work.- Strong SAP knowledge, especially APO is required.- Knowledge in MS Office.- Digital mindset and knowledge in emerging digital technologies (e.g. RPA, Blockchain, AI, IoT etc.).- Experience in operational excellence.- Highly motivated, structured and able to handle stressful situations, track-record of solving complex business problems and using advanced analytical techniques.- Strong in trouble shooting, problem solving and high degree of proactivity.- Results oriented.- Strong team player.- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural environment.At Bayer we believe in diversity, equity and inclusion.
