And in communities around the world we help build strong economies and give people the power to achieve their dreams.What You'll Bring:•3-5 years' Workday Advanced Compensation Knowledge•Demonstrated knowledge and experience in running multiply annual compensation cycles from end to end •Experience implementing Advanced Compensation module •Collaborate with appropriate resources to finalize requirements and configure solutions•Ability to translate business requirements into configuration requirements•Capability to Identify issues proactively by participating in meetings and working with stakeholders and technical resources to determine resolution as needed •Advanced Workday reporting knowledge•Advanced Knowledge of Workday Calculated Fields •BIRT Knowledge•Experience managing Workday Releases •Ability to pivot in a fast-paced global environment under time pressure•Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal•Familiarity with agile methodologies•Expertise in Workday Security & Recruiting a plusImpact You'll Make:This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.TransUnion Job TitleAdvisor, Corporate Systems
