Accounts Payable Internship (Vendor Master)

Align, the makers of Invisalign ® is looking for an Accounts Payable Organization Support for Vendor Master projects Internship Belen, Heredia office. This internship offers a unique opportunity for hands-on experience in supporting accounts payable projects within a dynamic and collaborative environment. The intern will gain exposure to accounting, finance, business administration concepts applied in a practical project setting.In this internship, you will- Project Support: Assist in executing vendor master projects by conducting research, collecting, analyzing data.- Collaborate with the Accounts Payable Organization team to assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of internal projects.- Participate in site meetings to gather relevant data for project planning and execution.- Contribute to the analysis of project requirements and provide insights and recommendations.- Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and stakeholders in both English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus)**Requirements**:In this internship, you'll needTypically:- Advanced college student or recent graduated of business administration, accounting, finance, and economics at an accredited university.- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.- Schedule availability to allocate +24 hours a week on internship project.- NOTE: Internship could be only performed face to face (no Work from Home enabled for interns)
