Stay up-to-date on travel trends, destination information, and industry updates to provide clients with the most relevant and accurate information. Requirements: Passion for travel and a genuine desire to help others create memorable experiences. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English is not required but a plus). Previous experience as a travel agent or in a related customer service role is not required but a plus.
