**Auto req ID**: 267703BR- Support Caricam Sales Finance Leader in the definition and tracking of the following capabilities: o Promotional Calendar development for the future o Promo Guiderails per Format / Brand o Promo Investment targets o D&A Strategy for the MU- Coordinate the D&A Forecast Process to guarantee AOP target fulfillment.- Implement the D&A Council forum to present/approve calendar of iniciatives, tracking of promotions and align next steps across multifunctional areas.- Validate the real accumulation of promo investment through the sell-out platforms of the clients (if available) or sell-in, in order to review if the payments to the clients are aligned with real sales- Ensure the execution and follow up of the best policies or activities to be incorporated in our monthly Fcst.- Lead a Track and Learning dynamic with the Channel Leaders about the potential of the different implemented initiatives.- Generate analysis and provide insights (qualitative / quantitative) about the effectiveness of our promotional activations to strengthen the planning process that derive in positive ROI to the company- Incorporate analysis and validations to the S&OP Process- Ensure the successful implementation of MyPromo and TPM Express platforms to enable visibility and analysis of trade promotions initiatives**Qualifications/Requirements**:- Bachelor in Business / Finance / Engineering / Economy or correlate.- Financial Background- Capability to work with cross-functional teams.- Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and SAP desired- Strong analytical and communication skills**Relocation Eligible**: No Elegible a Traslado**Job Type**: Indefinido
