**What your background should look like**:- Key Responsibilities: Deliver thoughtful and creative visuals for various channels that reinforce and advance TE's brand.- Work closely with other marketing colleagues to visually tell the TE story and create brand identity, executing across all online and offline marketing channels with consistency.- Researches and creates imagery that fits the specific marketing need- Key Tasks / Skills:- Demonstrated experience in working successfully in large, complex, aggressive organizations, balancing multiple assignments and deliverables simultaneously.- Must have the ability to work with many levels of the organization, addressing reporting needs at each level.- Strong design skills, both creative and technical- Understanding of integrated and digital marketing channels, technques and tools- Experience working across various marketing and content management systems- Experience working in the Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud- Understanding of printing process and design requirements- Experience in UX Design ( Portfolio needed)- 3 to 5 years of experience- Experience in Figma, Sketch and design.**Competencies**:- Values: Integrity, Accountability,Teamwork, Innovation
