**POSITION OBJECTIVE**:Ensure the implementation of plant transfer projects from the perspective of Supply Chain, in order to meet the dates committed in the assigned projects and ensure a transparent transition for the production process.**SUPERVISION RESPONSIBILITIES: (ONLY IF APPLICABLE)**:This position has no supervisory responsibility, however, you may need to coordinate work with peoplein the area.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: DESCRIBE THE SCOPE**:**% OF THE TIME OR**:**IMPORTANCE**:- Manage and coordinate the resources required in supply chain in order to guarantee the goals established for Supply Chain in transfer projects.**25%**- Coordinate with the Functional Leaders of the areas of Supply Chain Management of Costa Rica the allocation of the necessary resources to execute the defined project plan.**20%**- Execute all the actions that derivefrom the needs of the project on the part of the functional areas of Supply Chain, request the respective help when necessary.**20%**- Communicate in an appropriate manner and oportuna l to information related to the transfer projects to keepinformed the leaders of the nationalareas of Supply Chain and the director of the area, propose and define the appropriate mechanism with their respective Management Indicators.**15%**- Ensure the timely fulfillment of the objectives of Supply Chain in the transfer projects and collaborate in the correct execution and fulfillment of the objectives of the area.**15%**- Ensure compliance with EHS corporate and legal requirements by complying with internal policies and procedures. Likewise, guarantee compliance through the adoption of strategies, internal controls, communication and necessary training.**2%**- Continuously improve EHS outcomes through engagement and active participation in all EHS-related initiatives.**1%**- All other functions inherent to the position and those assigned by your immediate boss.**1%****ESSENTIAL SKILLS**:Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related career.Experience of at least 5 years in contribution to transfer and Supply Chain projects.Knowledge of the English language, level B2, Common European Framework.Demonstrated knowledgein Quality/Regulated Management Systems (GMP, QSR, FDA, ISO, CAPA, Design Control) ( Desirable).Knowledge of the S AP system(Deseable).**Leadership skills**: These skills evolve as the person moves through different stages of work.
