The position in Monday through Friday 7:30-3:30 pm and Tuesdays until 4 pm.**REQUIRED PERSONAL QUALITIES**:- Be a committed Christ follower and active member of a local Church- Be a role model in attitude, speech and actions toward others- Have the spiritual maturity and leadership abilities to align with Flourish Children's School's mission and core values**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Develop and implement detailed lesson plans and multi sensory instructional activities in all content areas that are aligned to the school standards.- Assess students regularly and analyze student results; refine and differentiate classroom instruction based on formative and summative assessment data and student needs- Implement support strategies to meet the academic and behavioral needs of students- Evaluate the academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth of students and keep appropriate and accurate records- Create an effective environment for learning and hold all students accountable to the academic and behavioral expectations of the school community- Communicate regularly with students and their families.
