We empower our people and are committed to helping them reach their goals.Role/ResponsibilitiesThe Assistant Director - Senior DevOps Engineer will proactively manage automation activities around codewith the development teams, and provide support to development teams.- Creation and management of build and deploy workflow processes related to product development and testing- Active participation in high level team activities such as suggesting architecture improvements, recommending process improvements and conducting tool evaluations.- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure successful delivery and implementation of assigned tasks. Liaison with next level management.- Assist in the coordination of activities of less experienced team members**Qualifications**:- 7+ Years experience in at least half of the following areas:- Build and release process- Linux/Windows Platforms- Scripting (Perl, Ruby, Python, Powershell)- Build automation tools (Ant, Maven, Ivy, Nexus, Sonar)- Configuration management tools (Ansible, Salt, Chef, Puppet)- Source code management tools (Git, Subversion)- Basic knowledge of SQL and database operations (Postgres, MySQL)- Cloud (Amazon AWS preferred)- BS in Computer Science (or equivalent)- Graduate degree in Computer Science or related field a plus.- Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.- Willingness to learn, a can do attitude, and motivated to succeed and grow.- For San Francisco positions, qualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered for employment consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.This position may be considered a promotional opportunity, pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act.Click here to view our full EEO policy statement. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
